“We interviewed various builders, designer/builders and construction companies before we set about the process of knocking down and rebuilding. While some options were cheaper, the end outcome would not have been, and it would not have been tailored to suit our needs. The insight that the Light House team brought to the table has helped us achieve a very high EER rating house, designed specifically for the location, taking into account the needs of our family.”
