Sustainable House Day gives people a chance to visit houses that have been designed, built or renovated with sustainability in mind, as well as the opportunity to talk to owners and receive loads of great tips and ideas.

This year, Light House director and scientist, Jenny, was going to open her new and exciting, smaller and smarter, 8.2 star home to the public - but she's decided she needs a rest after hosting several very well-attended open homes over the last few months and with DESIGN Canberra coming up!

The good news is there are some other great homes around Canberra that will be open - one of our designs (CasaJarrah in O'Connor) and also the personal project/home of one of the terrific builders we regularly work with - Luke Dickerson of Bespoke Building Services.
